Introduction

This Terms of Use Agreement (these “Terms of Use”) is a binding legal contract between you (“You” or “Your” either an individual or a legal entity) and Lighthouse Alliance. These Terms of Use govern Your access to and use of the web sites, media, apps, in-app services and any other cloud services offered by Lighthouse Alliance including without limitation www.thelighthousealliance.org web site and any media, software, programs, services, tools, features, databases, materials, content, features, products, apps, in-app services, or information available or sold on or through it or used in connection with it (collectively, the “Services” and each a “Service”). By downloading, accessing or using any part of the Service You have accessed, You will be bound by these Terms of Use. If You do not agree to these Terms of Use, Lighthouse Alliance is not willing to grant You any right to use or access the Service. In such event, You are not granted permission to access or otherwise use the Service and are instructed to exit the Service immediately.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

All content in the Members Area, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, audio files, and software, is the property of Lighthouse Alliance or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

 

6.2 User-Generated Content

By posting content in the Members Area, you grant Lighthouse Alliance a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purposes of operating the Members Area and fulfilling our mission.

 

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

 

8. Membership Termination
